West Fork of Oak Creek

Missing

West Fork of Oak Creek is located less than 10 miles north of Sedona and is the most popular trail on the Coconino National Forest, offering year-round delights for visitors of all ages. In the spring, you can catch glimpses of migrating songbirds. The fall promises a mosaic of colorful leaves while the winter showcases snow-blanketed beauty accented by dangling icicles.

The trail is relatively easy with shallow streams throughout. The entire canyon is 14 miles from end to end, though only the first three miles of the trail are marked.
