Gold King Mining Museum and Ghost Town
The Gold King Mine and Ghost Town was originally Haynes, Arizona. At this site, the Haynes Copper Company dug a shaft in search of copper hit gold instead. This site still has many of the original buildings and equipment used in the operation.
