Yoga and Rock Climbing: The Merging of Movements

As the sun rises in the east, we greet the day with thoughtful attention to our breath and body. With salutations to the sun we move in and out of expressive postures, inviting the days magic with intention and grace. Our bodies warm as the blood flows and our muscles and mind slowly wake. As our morning yoga session comes to a close we pack ourselves a healthy organic lunch before departing for a day of movement over stone. As we rock climb we deepen the connection between our body, mind, spirit, heart and the nature that supports it all. Our evening will consist of restorative yoga followed by a delicious vegetarian meal . As the sun sets to the west and the sky turns to amber and twilight joins us, we retire under the stars for a restful nights sleep in anticipation of another energizing day.
